Our styling service includes a tailored furniture and decor selection, delivery, full installation and styling, artwork and soft furnishings, plus pack-down and collection at the end of the hire period. We style to suit your property, target buyers and photography.

What is included in commercial styling?

Commercial styling covers furniture, decor and layout recommendations for spaces such as display suites, amenities, lobbies, student accommodation, sales offices and workspaces. We can work from floor plans only or attend site and coordinate installation alongside your project team.

How long is the furniture hire period?

Our standard hire period is aligned with your sales campaign, typically around 4 to 6 weeks. The exact hire period is confirmed in your quote and can be extended if your property remains on the market.

Can I extend the hire period if my property hasn’t sold?

Yes. If your property is still on the market after the initial hire period, we can extend the hire on a weekly basis for an agreed extension fee. We will remind you before the hire term ends so you can decide whether to extend.

Do you offer partial styling for occupied homes?

Yes. Partial styling is perfect if you are living in the property but want a more polished, cohesive look. We work with key pieces you already own and layer in our furniture, artwork and decor to elevate the space for photography and open homes.

How much does property styling cost?

Styling investment depends on the size of your property, how many rooms are styled, the access and location, and whether it is full or partial styling. After viewing the property or your photos and floor plan, we provide a tailored quote so you know exactly what is included before you commit.

How quickly can you install styling?

Subject to availability, we can often install within 24 to 72 hours once the quote is accepted and the agreement is signed. Let us know your photography date and we will work back from there.

Do you work directly with real estate agents and developers?

Yes. We work closely with sales agents, project marketing teams, developers and builders, as well as directly with vendors and owner-occupiers. We are happy to liaise with your agent or project team to coordinate timings and campaign needs.

What does your styling process look like?

Our process is simple: you enquire and share your address, floor plan and campaign details; we review the property via photos, plans or an on-site visit and send a tailored quote; once approved, we schedule install, curate your furniture and decor and complete styling on site; after your campaign finishes or hire period ends, we return to pack down and collect all items.

Do you provide photos or social media content of the styled property?

We regularly collaborate with agents and vendors to create shareable photos and short-form video content of our styled properties. Professional real estate photography is usually organised by your agent, and we can complement this with behind-the-scenes or social content where requested.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Any cancellation or change fees are outlined in your styling agreement and depend on how close we are to the scheduled install date and how much preparation has already been completed.

Do you supply artwork, rugs and decor as part of the styling?

Yes. We supply furniture, artwork, rugs, cushions, bedding, lighting and decor pieces curated specifically for your property. Our goal is to create a cohesive look that photographs beautifully and appeals to your target buyers.
